**Why do we apply 21% VAT ? Since 1 January 2019, we must apply the invoicing rules of the Member State of identification (and no longer those of the Member State of consumption). However this rule depend of an annual revenue overrun or threshold. As we are under that threshold we decided to pay taxes in our country [Belgium]. So we need to apply taxes as if all our customers were from Belgium [21% VAT]. Our prices are VAT inclusive it doesn't change anything to our clients. This allow us to still bring you keyHydra, without spending much time in administrative paperwork.
